eWater Goes to Green-On

During the Sustainable Living Festival in Melbourne last month, eWater held an event to share conversations about reducing chemical pollution in businesses.

 

Our new CEO Dawn O'Neil interviewed Frankie Cox, founder of Green-On Salad Bar to hear why she has chosen to use eWater in her business.

Frankie shares her initial hesitancy, the importance of reducing chemicals and how she has now found new applications for food preparation in addition to cleaning and sanitising - including brining chicken!

Green-On is a salad bar serving up nourishing and tasty breakfast and lunch bowls Monday to Friday. The store first opened its doors in the Melbourne suburb of Cremorne in November 2021. By offering considered and healthy food which brings people together, Green-On hopes to reignite conversations around our relationship with food and its impact on the environment.
