The curiously named Lilac wine bar in Cremorne is the latest project from Melbourne's Mulberry Group.

Honouring the Jeff Buckley classic, Lilac wine bar is in a converted warehouse reminiscent of a New York loft apartment.

Relaxed and unfussy, with open fireplaces, candlelight and vinyl playing, Lilac is the latest creation of Mulberry head Nathan Toleman

In keeping with all Mulberry Group sites, eWater has been installed furthering their commitment to their partnership.

Says Nathan:

"We are extremely sustainability-minded at The Mulberry Group and Lilac so using eWater was a non-negotiable for us. We're so happy that one nifty system can help us reduce both harsh chemicals and single-use plastic, making it a safer and low-waste environment for both our staff and our customers."

(eWater is installed in all Mulberry venues including Hazel, Dessous, Liminal and Heide).

We are thrilled to celebrate another successful collaboration with The Mulberry Group team, further enhancing their leadership in sustainability.
