Is there a better salad than a Crop salad?

Sensational salads come to Smith Street

Frankie Cox has opened her second venue in the buzzy hub at 291 Smith St Collingwood. Initially known as Green On (Cremorne) Crop creates much loved salads that are delicious, nourishing and hearty.

If you haven’t already, do yourself a favour and try one. See if you can stop at that.

Frankie and her wonderful team have an unwavering ethos around using only  the highest quality ingredients and the most sustainable operating practices.

“Sustainability isn’t just about the environment,” she says, “It’s about healthy lifestyles, sustaining ourselves and promoting these values within our industry. It’s economic, personal and environmental.”

"For me reducing or eliminating the use of chemicals is significant"

"With eWater I saw how easy was to use, still I was in disbelief that it could do everything it said"

Asking around she found many in her community were already eWater Systems converts.

People like Joost Baaker, Neil Perry, Jo Barrett, Matt Stone, Shaun Presland, Jason Staudt, Hugh Allen, Doug Innes Will, Cumulus and Co,Reine and La Rue, Aru, Citta, Lincoln Hotel, Vue De Monde, Hunted and Gathered chocolate, Stokehouse, and even Masterchef have all embraced the eWater alternative.

3 years after having a system installed at Green-On Frankie is having a "lived experience" and has become a true believer in eWater.
