Matt Moran's flagship Sydney restaurant Aria, located in one of Sydney Harbours best locations, has reopened after its most dramatic transformation since launching in 1999, and eWater is proud to be featured in their kitchen.

A standalone eWater System will be used for the sanitising of vegetables and produce, disinfecting surfaces and for front of house cleaning.
