The kitchen at the Flemington Racecourse has undergone a significant and impressive renovation including the installation of an eWater Systems ROX 60 fully reticulated throughout the facility. The elegant new kitchen, designed by Chris Love Design, incorporates a multi-outlet eWater System for food preparation, hand washing and all kitchen-cleaning purposes.
Mathew Haigh, of Peter Rowland Catering, VRC’s appointed caterers, viewed eWater as,
