ROX10 System Service
We are committed to supporting you and your investment over the life of your system, and want your experience with eWater to be painless, seamless, and 100% effective. Regular servicing of your ROX10 Standalone System is an important component to ensuring this experience. Our scheduled servicing is delivered by specially trained technicians with expertise in eWater equipment who can ensure your system is properly maintained and serviced whilst protecting manufacturer warranty.
All scheduled servicing includes:
Check pH and chlorine levels
Check operating hours of electrolytic unit
Ensure flow rate is adequately functioning
Check isolating valves
Clean out brine tank, refill if required (salt supplied by client)
Clean out inline filter
Ensure correct operation of both salt pumps, check for blockages
Should you require additional on-site training after initial implementation please contact us for costing and available options.
Don’t forget consumables
Now is a perfect time to check your stock levels for salt, testing kits and spray bottles. Add these to your order and we will ensure they are delivered prior to your service.
Terms and Conditions
The terms below have the following meanings:
“Equipment” collectively refers to the parts purchased from eWater Systems.
“Customer” applies to you.
“Supplies” shall mean the products and items purchased or provided by Customer pursuant to this Agreement to maintain the eWater Systems equipment.
Metro Location: Within 50km of a state capital city (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth)
Regional Locations: includes limited towns, small cities and areas that lie beyond the major capital cities.
eWater Systems reserves the right to pass on any additional travel costs incurred by service agents for remote locations. Any additional costs will be advised to the customer prior to acceptance of job. For more information please contact us
All maintenance service(s) on the equipment covered under this agreement in accordance with the manufacturers maintenance instructions.
All on site services are provided from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm.
eWater Systems shall only provide remedial maintenance outside the service hours only if requested by the Customer, for which the Customer will pay after hours charges at the then-current standard hourly rate.
Parts and Supplies:
Price of parts is not included. Only original manufacturer parts are to be used.
Using components and parts other than those authorised by eWater Systems can have damaging effects on the control unit and flow cell
Price of supplies - brine salt, softener salt, limestone is not included. (unless otherwise specified)
All parts required will be an additional cost. This agreement does not cover consumable items, including pH and chlorine test strips.
Price of fitting replacement parts will be quoted separately.
Excludes any hose reel replacement.
