Last year, leading international law firm Ashurst collaborated with eWater Systems on their new environmentally friendly Sydney office.
Located in Martin Place the heritage-listed building has undergone a unique transformation, with Ashurst blending intelligent architectural and technological strategies to “improve energy consumption and minimise its environmental impact”. The sustainably conscious project features an eWater Standalone Systems and has recently received a 5-Star Green Star rating, 5-star NABERS energy rating, 5 GBCA fit-out rating.
Kate Marcus, Executive Chef at Ashurst was enthusiastic about using eWater a year after installation stating,
“We have been using eWater in our kitchens since we moved into our new building last year. Despite the initial scepticism of some of the kitchen workers it has since proved a success—with all of us appreciating the ease of use and the lack of chemicals. It has also saved us money. It is better for the planet and the environment”
